Lost At Sea

Unfortunately, this picture is not quite as astounding as An Utterance of Thought. However, Lost at Sea may bear some significance to you as you view it with an open mind. Thank you for your cooperation. --The Giggleman

I know you've heard it said, "He'd lose his head if it weren't attached." Well, it looks like he has. No wonder he's lost.

This guy will never be "Head" of a major corporation...That's no way to get a "head" in life.

Ooo, it's great! All the jumble that is his head is gone. The sea took it away. And now he is at peace. He can just be.
The beach will do that to you.

This is a self-portrait of how the artist (the giggleman) wishes to be free from school and go to the beach. Am I right, giggleman?

Where was the guy looking? Towards the horizon, the sun is setting behind him, dark days are ahead. This man is clearly at a crossroads in his life and doesn't know what to do, can't think clearly, has "lost his mind" so to speak. He is on his knee, is he at the point of breaking or at the point of standing? He has a staff for help but is not leaning on it.

or maybe he was at the beach with his family and they drove him nuts?

He is looking to sea. But he cannot actually look, because his head is missing. That's the frustrating thing about losing your head: You can't look for it, because it has your eyes.
He's waiting for someone to come along and help him find it. Sometimes, we just can't do it alone. We need someone else's eyes to see.
